Homestay in Everett

We live in a three family home. Our home is safe and secure. Our students have access to wireless internet, washer/dryer, cable, etc. I provide continental breakfast and dinner for all my guests and on weekends lunch (self serve).
Each bedroom has a bed, desk, bureau, two windows and a closet. Once a week my husband or I will clean the common areas. However, all the common areas need to be picked up and maintain clean after every use. The common areas are: bathrooms, kitchen, living rooms and dining rooms. For example, after using the kitchen you must make sure that all the dishes are washed and put away leaving the kitchen ready for the next person to use. You must clean your own room. I will provide clean linen.
Everett is a member of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA). There is fixed route service by bus to the orange line Wellington Station, Sullivan Station or Malden Station. Two blocks from our home there is a bus stop that will take you to the orange line.
