It is 8 miles from downtown Boston, 5 miles to Cambridge, one mile to Boston College and close to many colleges. Only a 5 minute walk to Newton Centre subway station ( D-green line ), which can bring you to Fenway Park, Longwood medical center, and Downtown Boston. The house is very close to I-95, Route 9, and Mass Pike. It's a great location for both car drivers and T riders.
